Hopelink-Administrative Office

Design services to assist in the relocation of Hopelink's administrative team into a new office space of approximately 10,566 USF in Building B, Suite 275 of Willows Creek Corporate Center in Redmond. New space provides for 20 private offices, 24 cubicle workstations, plus a reception station/waiting area, three conference rooms, a staff lounge, server room, storage room, and work rooms. Services included space planning, construction drawings, permit approval, interior design for finish selections and cabinetry, final construction drawings, and construction period support. (FY11)
