Design services to upgrade interior finishes and cabinetry, and make some remodels to clinic spaces. Improvements to the main clinic area consisted of replacing the existing case-work at three nurse stations, replacing front desk, new flooring in waiting area and corridors, new vinyl flooring in 14 exam rooms, new paint and colors for all walls, relocating billing department office, and remodel triage area to create three work stations; staff support area involved removing lockers in the break room and adding base and upper cabinets; expanding existing ultrasound room, creating a new procedure room, and reworking the waiting/work areas. Architectural services included space planning, interior design services, bidding period support services, construction drawings, permit coordination/approval, and 2-month construction period support (FY11)
